How We Score: The 360 Score Methodology
Transparent weights. Dated prices. No pay-for-rank.
The 360 Score (0β10) is an editorial rating built from six weighted categories:
| Category | Weight | What we look at |
|---|---|---|
| Pricing & value | 25% | Entry price, all-in cost, contract flexibility, minimum seats |
| Features | 25% | Calling, SMS, video, chat, contact center, AI, integrations |
| Reliability & security | 15% | Uptime SLA, compliance attestations, encryption, admin controls |
| Ease of use | 15% | Setup, admin portal, app quality |
| Support | 10% | Channels, hours, onboarding resources |
| User sentiment | 10% | Aggregated public review-site ratings |
Pricing verification
We record each provider's public starting price and the date checked (Sep 30, 2026 for the current dataset). Where a vendor page could not be accessed, we cite a reputable third-party pricing guide and label it. Always confirm current pricing with the vendor.
Independence
Commercial relationships (affiliate, referral or sponsorship) never affect scores. See how we make money.
