4. Premium numbers & domains. Any brokerage is subject to a separate written agreement and escrow where applicable.
5. Contests. Governed by the Official Rules.
6. Donations. Voluntary, non-refundable, and not tax-deductible.
7. User submissions. You confirm that you have the rights to what you submit and grant us a non-exclusive licence to use it as described on the relevant form. Don't submit unlawful, infringing or hateful content.
8. Acceptable use. No scraping at scale, no attacks on the site, and no misuse of forms (spam).
9. Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior 12 months.
10. Links. Third-party sites and embeds are not under our control.
